Deep Red Lacquered Waterfall Tropical Coffee Table 1980s

Vintage 1980s waterfall-shaped bench or coffee table in the Hollywood Regency style. The waterfall design features gracefully curved sides that flow downward in one continuous line, with no separate legs.
Finished in a deep red/burgundy lacquer, the piece is hand-painted with a vibrant tropical Chinoiserie scene featuring large banana leaves in shades of green and gold, white calla lilies, butterflies, and dragonflies.
Crafted using multiple layers of lacquer over wood, it boasts a glossy, mirror-like finish that enhances the richness of the colors and decorative details.
